How much is shipping?

Shipping within Australia rates: $10 Standard Shipping, $15 Express Shipping.

Shipping to New Zealand: $16 AUD

What are your processing times?

Orders are packed and shipped out anywhere between 3 and 8 business days from when the order is placed, due to the owner of this business having a physical disability. If you want something to arrive by a certain date, I recommend ordering up to two/three weeks before the day, just to be safe!

Do you ship internationally?

Currently shipping to Australia and New Zealand. At this time we have elected to keep Pixie Witch local to these two countries!

Refunds & returns

At this current time, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. If an item arrives broken or damaged, please shoot through an email or Insta DM and you will be compensated for the issue. Please note, you will need to provide evidence of the damage with a picture.

Can I consume the herbs/florals?

We do not keep the herbs or florals stored in a food safe manner, as we intend for them to go into spell work that does not involve eating! For this reason, Pixie Witch does not recommend that our herbs and florals are used for consumption.
